Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Tracking Your Order
Royal Mail Tracking
For orders sent via Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking reference beginning with two letters followed by 8 digits and ending in GB (e.g., AB123456789GB).

- Enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail website
- Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of dispatch
- Royal Mail will attempt delivery once — if you're not in, they'll leave a notification card with re-delivery/collection options
- Parcels are held at your local delivery office for 18 calendar days before being returned to us
DPD Tracking
For orders sent via DPD, you will receive an email and/or SMS from DPD directly with your tracking link. DPD provides a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery so you know exactly when to expect your parcel.

- DPD sends an automated notification the evening before delivery with your 1-hour time slot
- You can change your delivery date, redirect to a neighbour, or request safe place delivery via the DPD app or tracking link
- If you miss your delivery, DPD will make one further attempt the following working day
- After two failed attempts, your parcel will be held at your nearest DPD Pickup point for 7 days

Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and any safe place specified
- Check for a delivery notification card from Royal Mail or DPD
- Contact us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date at info@primex-nutrition.com
We are unable to investigate delivery issues reported more than 28 days after the dispatch date.
