Products
Are Primex Nutrition products really 100% plant-based?
Yes. Every ingredient across all our products is sourced from plants, fungi or minerals. All our capsule shells are made from HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), a plant-based alternative to gelatin. We are registered with The Vegan Society and carry the Vegan Trademark on all products.
Are your products GMP certified?
Yes. All Primex Nutrition products are manufactured in GMP-certified (Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities compliant with EU GMP standards and ISO 22000. See our Quality & Standards page for full details.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products are free from the 14 major EU allergens including gluten, dairy, soy, nuts and shellfish. Products are manufactured in a facility that also handles soy. If you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us before purchasing.
Can I take multiple Primex products together?
Our products are designed to complement each other. You can take products from different ranges (e.g., Glow Up and Energy) together. However, if you are taking medication or have a medical condition, please consult your GP before combining supplements.
Can I take your products if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend consulting your GP or midwife before taking any food supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Where can I find full nutritional information?
Full nutritional information including serving sizes and % NRV values is available on each individual product page on our website.
Orders & Delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. Royal Mail orders can be tracked at royalmail.com. DPD orders will receive a text/email from DPD directly with a 1-hour delivery window. See our full Shipping Guide for details.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free standard delivery (Royal Mail 48) on all orders over £50.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@primex-nutrition.com . We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund straight away.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
Yes. We work with health retailers, gyms, wellness studios, pharmacies and online resellers. Apply via our Wholesale page.
Can I request Safety Data Sheets or Certificates of Analysis?
Yes — these are available on request to approved wholesale customers and healthcare professionals. Email us at info@primex-nutrition.com.
